باب مَنْ أَحَقُّ بِالإِمَامَةِ

Sahih Muslim 674 e

This hadith has been narrated with the same chain of transmitters, but al-Hadra' made this addition:

" They both were equal in recitation."

وَحَدَّثَنَاهُ أَبُو سَعِيدٍ الأَشَجُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصٌ، - يَعْنِي ابْنَ غِيَاثٍ - حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ الْحَذَّاءُ، بِهَذَا الإِسْنَادِ وَزَادَ قَالَ الْحَذَّاءُ وَكَانَا مُتَقَارِبَيْنِ فِي الْقِرَاءَةِ ‏.‏
