باب تَحْرِيمِ تَعْذِيبِ الْهِرَّةِ وَنَحْوِهَا مِنَ الْحَيَوَانِ الَّذِي لاَ يُؤْذِي ‏ ‏

Sahih Muslim 2242 e

The above hadith is narrated through another chain of transmitters with the same meaning

حَدَّثَنِي هَارُونُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، وَعَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ يَحْيَى بْنِ خَالِدٍ، جَمِيعًا عَنْ مَعْنِ بْنِ عِيسَى، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِمَعْنَى حَدِيثِ جُوَيْرِيَةَ ‏.‏
