باب النَّهْيِ عَنْ الاِنْتِبَاذِ فِي الْمُزَفَّتِ وَالدُّبَّاءِ وَالْحَنْتَمِ وَالنَّقِيرِ وَبَيَانِ أَنَّهُ مَنْسُوخٌ وَأَنَّهُ الْيَوْمَ حَلاَلٌ مَا لَمْ يَصِرْ مُسْكِرًا
Sahih Muslim 1997 f
A person asked Ibn 'Umar if the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) forbade the preparation of Nabidh in a green pitcher (besmeared with pitch). He said:
Yes. Then Tawus said: By Allah, I heard it from him.
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ التَّيْمِيُّ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، قَالَ
قَالَ رَجُلٌ لاِبْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَهَى نَبِيُّ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ نَبِيذِ الْجَرِّ قَالَ نَعَمْ . ثُمَّ قَالَ
طَاوُسٌ وَاللَّهِ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُهُ مِنْهُ .
