باب تَحْرِيمِ أَكْلِ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ وَكُلِّ ذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ ‏‏

Sahih Muslim 1934 c

Ibn Abbas reported that Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) forbade (the eating) of all the fanged beasts of prey, and of all the birds having talons.

وَحَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ حَنْبَلٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ، وَأَبُو بِشْرٍ عَنْ مَيْمُونِ بْنِ مِهْرَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى عَنْ كُلِّ ذِي نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ وَعَنْ كُلِّ ذِي مِخْلَبٍ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ ‏.‏
