باب إعلان النكاح والخطبة والشرط - الفصل الثاني
Mishkat al-Masabih 3151
He reported God's Messenger as saying, "Every important matter which is not begun by an expression of praise to God is maimed.”
Ibn Majah transmitted it.
وَعَنْهُ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «كُلُّ أَمْرٍ ذِي بَالٍ لَا يُبْدَأُ فِيهِ بِالْحَمْدِ لِلَّهِ فَهُوَ أَقْطَعُ» . رَوَاهُ ابْنُ مَاجَهْ
