Mishkat al-Masabih 2009
‘Amir b. Rabi'a said he had seen the Prophet more often than he could count using a toothstick while he was fasting.
Tirmidhi and Abu Dawud transmitted it.
وَعَنْ عَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَا لَا أُحْصِي يَتَسَوَّكُ وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ ". رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ
