باب من لا تحل له المسألة ومن تحل له - الفصل الثاني
Mishkat al-Masabih 1849
‘Ata’ b. Yasar, on the authority of a man of the B. Asad, reported God’s messenger as saying,
“If any of you begs when he has an Uqiya* or its equivalent, he has begged immoderately.”
Malik, Abu DawQd and Nasa’i transmitted it.
* The Uqiya (ounce) of the Arabs was forty dirhams.
وَعَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ عَنْ رَجُلٍ مِنْ بَنِي أَسَدٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ سَأَلَ مِنْكُمْ وَلَهُ أُوقِيَّةٌ أَوْ عَدْلُهَا فَقَدْ سَأَلَ إِلْحَافًا» . رَوَاهُ مَالك وَأَبُو دَاوُد وَالنَّسَائِيّ
