باب الوتر - الفصل الثاني
Mishkat al-Masabih 1266
‘Ali reported God’s Messenger as saying, “God is single (witr) and loves what is single, so observe the witr, you who follow the Qur’an.”
Tirmidhi, Abu Dawud and Nasa’i transmitted it.
وَعَنْ عَلِيٍّ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنَّ اللَّهَ وَتْرٌ يُحِبُّ الْوَتْرَ فَأَوْتِرُوا يَا أَهْلَ الْقُرْآنِ» . رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيُّ وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ وَالنَّسَائِيّ
