Chapter: What was narrated concerning visiting the graves
(47)
باب مَا جَاءَ فِي زِيَارَةِ الْقُبُورِ
Sunan Ibn Majah 1569
It was
narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ)
said:
“Visit the graves, for they will remind you of the Hereafter.”
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ كَيْسَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ـ صلى الله عليه وسلم ـ
" زُورُوا الْقُبُورَ فَإِنَّهَا تُذَكِّرُكُمُ الآخِرَةَ " .
