Business Transactions
The aforesaid Hadith has a weak supporting narration, on the authority of Fadalah bin 'Ubaid (RA) reported by al-Baihaqi.
وَلَهُ شَاهِدٌ ضَعِيفٌ عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ عِنْدَ اَلْبَيْهَقِيِّ 1 .
1 - رواه البيهقي ( 5 / 350 ) موقوفا بلفظ: كل قرض جر منفعة، فهو وجه من وجوه الربا وهو ضعيف كما قال الحافظ.
