The Book of Prayer
Narrated Hakim bin Hizam (RA):
Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said: "Neither the prescribed punishment nor retaliations should be executed inside the mosque."
[Reported by Ahmad and Abu Dawud through a weak Sanad (chain)].
وَعَنْ حَكِيمِ بْنِ حِزَامٍ قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اَللَّهِ - صلى الله عليه وسلم -{ لَا تُقَامُ اَلْحُدُودُ فِي اَلْمَسَاجِدِ , وَلَا يُسْتَقَادُ فِيهَا } رَوَاهُ أَحْمَدُ , وَأَبُو دَاوُدَ بِسَنَدٍ ضَعِيف ٍ 1
1 - حسن . رواه أحمد (3/434) ، وأبو داود (4490) ، وإذا كان الحافظ ضعفه هنا ، فقد قال في "التلخيص" (4/78) : "لا بأس بإسناده" .
